Do you have fruit which is almost about to rot at home? Strawberries, bananas, papayas? Well turn that fruit into a face mask, fruits have loads of natural vitamins which can help to boost skin health.

Below are some fruits you can use to make the perfect homemade fruit mask and the benefits of them.

1. oil control/exfoliating Strawberry and lemon Face Mask

Strawberry is a great skin exfoliator and lemon is a great skin lightener. Strawberry has many nutrients like vitamin C, Salicylic acid, foliates and dietary fibres. These help fight multiple skin problems like Acne, blackheads, oily skin and more by cell regeneration and the production of new cells to make the skin soft and supple.

To do this all you need to have is:

- 2 crushed strawberries

- 1/2 tsp lemon

just mix the two ingredients, apply it on the face. Massage it for 5 minutes and rinse it off.

2. Lemon for lightening

Lemon has loads of vitamin C just like strawberries. So it can help in pigmentation, and loose skin. Lemon can lighten skin, tighten it and reduce black spots.

All you need for the mask is:

- 1 tsp lemon

- 1 tsp olive oil

- 1 tsp honey

Mix the ingredients, apply it on the face, leave for 30 minutes and rinse with clean water.

3. Moisturise skin with Avocado

This one must seem pretty simple, cause all you will need is just an avocado. .

To do this all you need to have is:

- half avocado

Go smash half an avocado and just apply it on your face, as easy as that. Then rinse it off 10 minutes later. Avocado has great healthy fats and a 5-10 percentage of oleic acid which helps it protect the skin from UV rays and keeps it moisturised.

4. Papaya and Honey for wrinkly skin

Papaya has an enzyme called papain and vitamin A which helps exfoliate and remove dead cells, to help skin reduce scars and blemishes to make the skin look moisturised, nourished and brighter.

- 2 cut pieces of papaya

I know some people call tomato a fruit and some a vegetable. But that doesn't matter, what matters is the massive effect it brings to your skin. Tomatoes contain Vitamin C, A and antioxidants. Since they help in closing pores, they help prevent acne and help to impart a healthy glowing skin.

- 1 tomato
