Trying to gain soft, supple skin comes with its cons. We know the food we eat and the skincare routine we do can affect the outcome. But don't forget inner beauty reflects outer beauty. If you don't feel happy, positive or confident from the inside then you just got yourself a drastic change to your skin texture. I know, everyone knows this already, that stress is one massive factor, especially for acne. But lets find ways to deal with it.


Follow these 3 tips to bring that glow up in you this year:


1. Heal yourself mentally, spiritually and physically

One of many best ways to deal with stress is with yoga or meditation. Both of these techniques help to pursue a state of relaxation in the mind which help to relieve the stress. They help all mentally, spiritually and physically so why not try some right now. Go take a mat or sit up in bed every morning when you wake up, take a few deep breaths, do some poses or just relax with some meditating music.


2. STOP negative self talk

Be nice to yourself, don't judge yourself and compare yourself to others, because everyone is different. Drop any negative thoughts about yourself, if you need take a paper and write all your negative thoughts on the paper then scrunch and throw the paper away. You will see how much this will impact your confidence, stress levels and glow up.


3. Get out of your comfort zone

Doing the same thing over and over, such as overstudying or overrelaxing can really get boring sometimes and may even start to affect your stress levels. Try changing your routine a bit, if you a person who studies a lot, then give some time to yourself. Have a break, go watch a movie or do some meditation, this will help to relieve stress hormones and bring a positive mindset.
